First of all what is Igoogle?

Igoogle is like you personal page. It is the normal google page just with your own design.You can choose one out of thousands of thousands design. Every theme you like is available. You also can add gadgets to your google site for example you mails, the news or a little game like sudoku. 

 

How to get started.

First you go to your Channel (mail channel). Than click on my account it says at the right top.

Than you have a menu with all you things from google. Reader, Mail, Sites and so on. We will focus on Igoogle. Should look like that -------> 

Press it and you'll get a form. There it starts where you can choose stuff and drag them around. First give your personal page a name. Than put all you settings the way you want them. Than first start with your design choose one out of the thousand themes they give you. By the time you have found the right design you can go on to the gadgets. The gadgets are the main part of you page. They have many different gadgets. 

After you found a few you like just save your page and save it so you can go automatically to it.
